Компьютерное моделирование как инструмент психологической подготовки студентов-мигрантов к трудоустройству

Введение. Количество студентов, обучающихся за границей, стремительно увеличивается. Студенты-мигранты представляют собой высоко мотивированную и успешную категорию обучающихся и вносят большой вклад в экономику принимающих стран. Вместе с тем, приехав на обучение, они сталкиваются с рядом проблем, одна из которых – трудоустройство. Исследования зафиксировали, что студенты-мигранты как в период своей аккультурации, так и по окончании обучения ощущают наличие препятствий к трудоустройству, связанных иммиграционной политикой и неопределенностью своего будущего в стране. Выстраивание карьеры в принимающей стране связано с языковым барьером, дискриминацией и необходимостью документально оформлять свой статус.

Цель. С целью создания безопасной среды, призванной помочь таким студентам приобрести навыки, необходимые для успешного прохождения собеседования, авторы исследования проанализировали возможность использования инструментов виртуальной реальности.

Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 171 студент-мигрант. На основе анализа потребностей респондентов, связанных с трудоустройством, была сконструирована архитектура симулятора виртуальной реальности «Навигатор по трудоустройству».

Результаты. Исследование позволило зафиксировать потребности студентов-мигрантов, препятствия, с которыми они сталкиваются при поиске работы в принимающей стране. Симулятор виртуальной реальности «Навигатор по трудоустройству» может быть использован как инструмент для оценки готовности студента-мигранта к успешному прохождению собеседования при приеме на работу.

Выводы. Выявленные потребности студентов-мигранты, а также основные барьеры, препятствующие их адаптации, способны оказать влияние на оптимизацию системы адаптации студентов-иностранцев в условиях принимающих вузов. Предложенная архитектура компьютерного симулятора «Навигатор по трудоустройству» может быть использована в качестве инструмента оценки готовности студента-мигранта к успешному прохождению собеседования при приеме на работу.
