Author Guidelines

Publication in the journal does NOT involve registration fees from the author.

The editors of the Journal of Employment and Career (hereinafter referred to as the "Journal") ensures the protection and compliance with the current legislation in the field of processing and protection of personal data. The regulation “on the processing of personal data by the Editorial Board of the Journal of Employment and Career (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) describes in detail what kind of information the editorial staff of the Journal collects to ensure publishing and publishing activities, and how this information is processed.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript has not been previously published, and has not been submitted for review and publication in another journal. The manuscript must be accompanied by a Сover letter declaring that the research is original, does not violate anyone's rights, and its authors did not resort to plagiarism practices. The novelty of the research should be concisely explained in a separate paragraph.

  2. The presence of the novelty of the presented results: the journal is of a research nature, therefore, rewriting known axioms cannot serve as a basis for publishing an article. Filling the outlined knowledge gap is a prerequisite for publication.

  3. The file with the material is presented in the format of a Microsoft Word document and in accordance with the Template (ru, eng).

  4. Doi's and/or full Internet addresses (URLs) are provided for references to sources where possible (at least $40 of sources must be published no later than 5 years ago).

  5. Text typed with single line spacing; the font size is 12 points; italics are used for emphasis, not underlining; all illustrations, graphs and tables are located in the appropriate places in the text, and not at the end of the document, are numbered, have a title and a reference to them in the text.

  6. The text complies with the stylistic and bibliographic requirements of the APA style.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

 

Privacy Statement

Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
