Aim and Scope
Journal of Employment and Career covers research in the field of labor psychology, industrial relations, and professional communication, the impact of the professional sphere of life on society, and personal development. Particular attention is paid to sociological and interdisciplinary research that analyzes all forms of professional activity and their relationship with broader social processes and structures, as well as with the quality of life in society. Journal covers the study of the work process, labor relations, changes in labor markets, gender, and other forms of division of labor. Among the topics covered are vocational education, career development for foreign students, career development for people with special needs, the impact of career development on the family, the impact of career aspirations on the psychological status of the individual.

Peer Review Process
Рецензирование является обязательным этапом рецензионного цикла любой статьи. В случае несоответствия рукописи требованиям к содержанию и структурированию рукописи, рукопись может быть отклонена до отправления ее рецензентам. Каждая статья рецензируется, как минимум, двумя специалистом в заявленной области знания.
Open Access Policy
Journal of Employment and Career is an open-access journal. All articles are made freely available to readers immediately upon publication.
Our open-access policy is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition - it means that articles have free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.

Peer-Review
Each article is double-blind peer-reviewed by experts in the declared field of knowledge.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject materials that do not meet the requirements for scientific content and design of articles, to implement proofreading of the text.
Publishing Ethics
The editorial team of Journal of Employment and Career takes seriously all cases of deviation from the standards of academic ethics, especially plagiarism and data falsification.
If plagiarism is found, the editorial team reserves the right to reject the publication and make this fact widely public. It is considered unacceptable: word-foe-word copying of another author without indicating his authorship, reference to the source and the use of quotation marks; incorrect paraphrasing of a work by another author, in which more than one sentence was changed within one paragraph or section of the text, or the sentences were arranged in a different order without a corresponding reference to the source; using elements of a work by another author without attribution, for example, a figure, table or paragraph without expressing gratitude, linking to the source or using quotation marks; self-plagiarism (if the elements of the manuscript were previously published in another article, the authors are obliged to refer to an earlier work, indicate what is the significant difference between the new work and the previous one and, at the same time, identify its connection with the research results and conclusions presented in the previous work).

Publication in the Journal of Employment and Career is free of charge for all the authors.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in a reviewer’s own research without the express written consent of the author. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.
Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.
Plagiarism detection
Journal of Employment and Career use plagiarism detection software to screen the submissions. If plagiarism is identified, the COPE guidelines on plagiarism will be followed.
Preprint and postprint Policy
Prior to acceptance and publication in the Journal of Employment and Career, authors may make their submissions available as preprints on personal or public websites (authors should notify the journal).
As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm that the submission has not been previously published, nor has been submitted. After a manuscript has been published in the Journal of Employment and Career we suggest that the link to the article on the journal's website is used when the article is shared on personal or public websites.
