Профессиональные компетенции преподавателя вуза в контексте концепции Образование 4.0

Аннотация
Введение: Четвертая промышленная революция трансформировала современное образование. Образование 4.0 подразумевает изменение образовательной среды в современном вузе, а именно методов преподавания и обучения, компетенций и навыков современного преподавателя.
Цель: Проанализировать требования, предъявляемые к современному преподавателю вуза с точки зрения формирования профессиональных компетенций в условиях цифровизации высшего образования и персонализации обучения, с одной стороны, и их сочетания с классическими методами обучения, с другой стороны.
Материалы и методы: Автором были проанализированы 112 источников в рецензируемых базах данных, таких как Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science. Критерии приемлемости включали статьи, опубликованные в период с 2021 по 2023 годы в Российской Федерации, странах Европы, Азии и Америки, исследующие саму концепцию Образования 4.0 и те профессиональные компетенции, которые необходимы преподавателю для работы в современном вузе.
Результаты: Полученные результаты позволили выявить значительный интерес к области исследования в развивающихся странах, хотя данная область в этих странах пока еще остается не до конца ясной и требует дальнейших исследований, а также ряд общих для развивающихся и развитых стран (несмотря на различия в политических, экономических и социально-культурных аспектах) профессиональных компетенций, которыми должен владеть преподаватель вуза в контексте Образования 4.0.
Выводы: В рамках исследования автор обосновывает необходимость перехода преподавателей вузов на новый уровень обучения, соответствующий концепции Образование 4.0, и предлагает список профессиональных компетенций, актуальных для российского современного вуза.
